The Yoga Lounge Anytime Terms and Conditions of use
These Terms of Service are a legal agreement between you and The Yoga Lounge regarding your use of services available at www.theyogalounge.ie including any downloadable software program that you are accessing or installing on your device or personal computer and the services available through that software program.
By using any portion of the Service, you are agreeing to be bound by and are becoming a party to these terms. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms, do not use this Service.
I hereby agree to the following:
1. Liability Release: I acknowledge the existence of certain inherent risks in Yoga /Pilates training, and hereby agree to assume all said risks.
2. I explicitly relieve and hold The Yoga Lounge , and its teachers , and staff harmless from any liability resulting from personal injury to me and I represent that I am physically sound and that I have medical approval, if specific medical problems require such approval, to proceed with this type of training and should any new medical condition, ailment, or new symptoms develop or manifest itself that may affect my fitness to engage in such training I will consult a doctor or relevant before I continue . I am familiar with the contents of this agreement and I have read and understood it.
3. Important during pregnancy we do not recommend usage of this service during any stage of pregnancy unless it is a specific class clearly stating Pregnancy Yoga or Pilates which will be with a trained pregnancy instructor and only suitable from 12 weeks to birth we also advise you seek guidance from a Doctor or relevant before taking up any classes on this service .
4. I recognise that this Agreement of release and waiver of liability is a legal contract and that I have complete knowledge of its contents.
5. I represent and warrant that any profile information I submit is true and accurate and that I am 18 years of age or older and am capable and competent to enter into, and abide by these Terms.
6. I have read these Terms in their entirety and fully understand the contents and meaning, and by signing up for a subscription to participate in online classes.
Viewing and Transaction Options
On the purchase of a monthly subscription you may stream and view the classes offered on The Yoga Lounge anytime www.theyogalounge.ie an unlimited number of times during your subscription period. The Yoga Lounge may upload or remove classes from this at any time.
You are responsible for obtaining internet access and a compatible, internet-connected device to stream and/or download programs via websites and applications. The quality of your viewing experience depends on a number of factors, including your viewing device and the quality of your internet connection.
Payments & Purchase Options
To make a purchase, you must provide a valid payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew for the subscription period until you choose to opt out OR cancel. Your payment method will be charged at the beginning of each subscription period. Your changes will be applied to your next subscription period. Failure to cancel before you're new subscription month begins will mean payment will be charged for that month . No refunds can be made once charged . We advise you check you're month charge date.
