Our Story
The Yoga Lounge was founded by Suzanne Quinn in 2013 encouraged by her husband to get somewhere of her own after years of teaching in local halls & centres it was somewhere for her to teach her own classes that had slowly been building since she trained in 2007, it was her own private quiet space when she opened and unexpectedly the studio community has been building ever since over the years it has continued to grow into a local haven where people can come to escape the craziness of their everyday lives. Now with some of the best teachers in Dublin & lots of styles of yoga we have something for everyone. See you soon Suzanne x
Our Studio
The Yoga Lounge is a Yoga studio that is dedicated to all Levels and all styles of Yoga and is somewhere everyone can feel comfortable and belong. Whether you have practiced Yoga before or if it’s your first class you can find a class on our schedule to suit your needs.
We have a dynamic range of specialist teachers that teach Vinyasa & Ashtanga Yoga for those that enjoy a challenging yoga class & Hot Yoga during the winter months we also offer Hatha Yoga, Slow Yoga & Yin Yoga for those that enjoy a slightly more slower paced class. We also run pregnancy yoga twice a week with our experienced prenatal teachers. All of our classes are open level suitable if you are a beginner or have practiced yoga before.
Our beautiful spacious 910 square foot yoga studio in the heart of Raheny Village has been purpose built to offer space and comfort when practicing yoga.
Our Yoga studio is heated using Infrared radiant heaters which is a proven therapeutic and safe heating system used in applications such as baby incubators and operating theatres.

Location & Facilities
Our studio has toilet facilities, storage facilities within the studio to store belongings while the class is on. We also stock yoga mats to purchase including brand Yoga Design Lab, mat bags and hot yoga grip towels. We sell bottled water to purchase note we do not rent yoga mats.
Parking
There is some parking right outside our building which is free after 1800. Please note that between the hours of 9.00 and 18.00 this is pay and display 1.00euro per hour. There are also numerous marked parking spaces all around Raheny Village and in Supervalu facing the studio they also have a large car park at the back of the building.

We are located along the row of shops directly across the road from Supervalu Shopping Centre. We are on the lower level of Flynn Estate Agents which is adjacent to Lloyds Pharmacy.
