    Please Note the following booking terms :

  • All classes must be pre booked online .

  • Please note we require a minimum of 4 hrs notice when cancelling classes , this must be adhered too .

  • Class passes are for Individual usage only & cannot be shared.

  • Our regular classes are not suitable for any stage of pregnancy please refer to the pregnancy yoga classes section .

  • Unlimited passes are limited to one studio class per day.

    When booking classes when you book & set the NEW class pass to begin on a certain start date and then want to change the start date to an earlier date you must cancel any other booked classes and reset the pass to the new earlier start date and then re book all sessions , class passes begin & activate from the first classes booked and attended .

  • Please ensure you provide a valid phone number when booking and enable emails in you’re account settings so you can receive class notifications and waitlist notifications please ensure you are available and checking emails including junk mail if you are on a waitlist .

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF CLASS PASSES: Note: Pregnancy yoga is excluded from ALL class passes and unlimited passes. This must be booked separately under pregnancy yoga section of the website also note the validity time of passes, passes cannot be extended or frozen once started. Class passes have an initial of 1 year to be used and will not activate until the first class is attended. Once the class has been attended and the pass has been activated it will then have a new expiry which is listed above. There can be no refunds on passes once they have been purchased or started. Note: 14 days cooling off period for online purchases for unused passes.

IMPORTANT Covid 19 Policy Terms of purchase Classes Issued 22/09/20:

Should we be required to close our studio business temporarily due to Covid 19 restrictions, Note the following terms, we will replace our Studio face to face classes with live daily classes 1 per day via the zoom platform.

Unlimited Class pass holders Terms of purchase:

Should we be required to close our studio temporally all unlimited class pass holders will be required to use any unlimited passes that have already begun to be used in studio prior to closure, with our online live classes from date of closure. No unlimited passes purchased after 22/09/20 can be paused during a unexpected closure with exception of planned closures like Christmas , Bank holidays etc . All 5 /10 or 20 class passes can be paused during this time or used live online if preferred. Recordings of classes can be made avail if you cant get online Live.

Pregnancy Yoga Terms of purchase: No pregnancy yoga classes can be cancelled once booked unless given Doctors clearance not to attend. Note should we have to cancel our face to face classes due to covid 19 all pregnancy classes will be made avail Live online via zoom on the same day & time until we can reopen the studio.

No refunds can be offered once classes have been purchased.
