FAQ

1) Do I need to Pre book for classes?

Booking is required online for all classes as we now take limited numbers in all classes . Space cannot be guaranteed unless places are pre booked in all classes. Note : pre booked classes must be cancelled a minimum of 4hrs before class start time or you will be charged for that class, Waitlist options are available if class is fully booked, unlimited class pass holders must ensure to cancel class if they cannot attend or they will no longer be permitted to pre book online If booking and no show or no cancellation twice for Class.

2) What class is suitable for a beginner/ improver?

All classes are suitable for beginners however some classes are faster paced than others to find out more information on each class you can click the class type on our class schedule to get a description of each class type generally a beginner or slow class is good to start , we also offer Yin and restorative yoga which are nice , relaxing and slow paced , if unsure feel free to call us on 087 6362745 for some guidance .

Age Limit - Please also note we do not allow anyone under the age of 16 to attend classes and between the age of 16-18 the student must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18 that is also participating & booked separately into the class .

3) Do I need a yoga mat?

For Hygiene purposes we now do NOT provide yoga mats and request that all students bring their own, we do however sell a number of mats, eye pillows and blocks available to purchase at the studio.

4) What else do I need to bring to class/what should I wear?

I would recommend to bring two small hand towels and water to drink , a yoga mat , loose clothing that you can move and stretch in , leggings , vest or t-shirt for women and light tracksuit bottoms , knee length shorts and vest top or a t-shirt for men.

5) Do you have changing facilities?

Yes we have toilet facilities in the studio for changing if required.

6) Is there parking ?

Yes we are located in the car park which is facing ( opposite side of the road to Supervalu ) Note this car park is pay and display Monday to Friday 7am- 1800pm clamping is in place , please check signage . There is free car parking in the car park across the road or around the village near the park .

7) Is there bicycle storage ?

Yes Dublin City Council have installed a bike rail in the car park across the road facing the studio (beside the bus stop). Unfortunately for safety reasons bikes are not permitted into the building .

8) What is your exact location?

We are located on the lower level of Flynn Estate Agents building between Lloyds pharmacy and Raheny Chinese restaurant , to get into the studio you need to push open the estate agents door and walk through their reception we are located on the lower level.

9) Studio Opening Times?

The Main building door is open 15 mins before all classes and will be locked at class start time , please note if you are later than 5 mins for your class you may not be able to enter the building for security reasons.

10) Do you take credit card at the studio ?

Yes we can accept all major debit and credit cards

11) Can I attend a class during my pregnancy ?

For safety and insurance purposes , unfortunately we cannot accept anyone at any stage of pregnancy in a regular yoga class . Once over 12 weeks ( From week 13 ) you can attend our pregnancy classes which are specialised and taught by our trained pregnancy yoga teacher . Please refer to the pregnancy yoga section of the website for details of how to book these classes .
