Slow Yoga Flow

Expect to Flow and breathe from one pose to another during this class but at a slower pace unlike most of the regular flow or vinyasa classes. The style and sequence will vary in each class. But the emphasis will be on alignment and holding the poses a little longer than in a normal flow class so we can take our time and get used to holding each pose and learn how to breathe while holding the poses. Perfect for all levels, but especially for complete beginners that want a slow paced class that will still include some gentle moving & stretching or for anyone that would like to learn a little more about yoga alignment.
