The Yoga Lounge is a Yoga studio that is dedicated to all Levels and all styles of Yoga and is somewhere everyone can feel comfortable and belong. Whether you have practiced Yoga before or if it’s your first class you can find a class on our schedule to suit your needs.
All of our classes are open level suitable for beginners and improvers as all classes are fully guided where the student follows the teacher’s demonstration of the yoga poses. So regardless of your yoga experience you can come along and take the class at your own pace.
Ashtanga / Yoga Flow is a strong dynamic and athletic form of yoga, in where you quickly move from one yoga pose to the next to build a natural heat within your body this helps to strengthen and build muscle tone within the body, release tension and stress and helps to encourage a sense of peace .
Pregnancy Yoga provides pregnant women with many benefits. Among the more common benefits including stretching and release of muscular tension associated with pregnancy. Yoga during pregnancy can help teach you how to breathe and relax in preparation for labour.

Hatha Yoga is characterized as a more slow-paced and gentle form of yoga its movements make it ideally suited for those who are new to the yoga and prefer a more gentle yoga class. But you can still enjoy all the benefits of stretching your tight muscles and joints and relaxing!
